Dr. Alexis S. Smith has spent 30 years in technology and leadership, including 19 years in director-level roles and above. She has served as a district Chief Technology Officer, led a 37-person enterprise architecture organization in healthcare, and founded Ascend AI NOW to help institutions govern AI responsibly.
She coaches leaders the way she has led: with candor, structure, and care. Clients bring the decisions that keep them up at night, and leave with a plan they can act on.
Dr. Smith is a Certified Executive Coach (Center for Executive Coaching) and a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, and holds a Doctorate in Digital Stewardship, AI Ethics and Governance.
